It can also sync data to fitness apps and share it on social media, allowing you to track and manage your health or share achievements anytime, anywhere.

Compared to scales with 4 electrode areas, the ABLEGRID smart body fat scale uses advanced ITO technology for full-surface sensing. With 4 auto-calibrating G-shaped sensors and advanced BIA technology, it ensures the most accurate body composition measurements. Results are accurate to 0.1 lb/0.05 kg, with a maximum capacity of 396 lb. Quickly switch between weight units (lb, kg, st) with just one button.

The Fitdays app supports unlimited user accounts and up to 24 member profiles each. The app automatically recognizes who steps on the scale, providing customized data on each user’s device.
