The VeSync app may display "disconnected" constantly for a specific reason. The smart scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes to conserve energy. During this time, the app will show the scale as "disconnected". To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the VeSync app.

There are two methods for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts: Please note that only 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account: Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can set up multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.

Updating the device firmware is a straightforward process: 1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. 2. Power on the smart scale. 3. Open the VeSync app and tap the scale icon to navigate to the device page. Wait a few seconds for the Bluetooth connection to establish. A blue Bluetooth icon will appear on the scale's display when connected. 4. Follow the in-app firmware update instructions to complete the update. Do not let the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.

The VeSync app is compatible with iOS® 12.0+ or Android™ 6.0+ operating systems.

Please note the following: 1. The iPhone and Apple Watch shown in the image are not included with the product. 2. Only body weight data can be synced to MyFitnessPal. MyFitnessPal does not allow syncing of all data to the VeSync app. 3. If you are pregnant or using medical electronic equipment, such as a pacemaker, consult a healthcare professional before using the smart scale.

The VeSync app offers an immersive experience, allowing you to sync information with Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Samsung Health. You can set goals, record exercises and food calories, and track your progress with data graphs. Rest assured, VeSync will not share your personal information with any third parties.

The smart scale features a colorful TFT screen that allows you to track your progress and provides fun, customized, and interactive messages without the need to use your phone. The measurements will automatically sync to the VeSync app via a Wi-Fi connection.

You can also utilize hands-free voice control with Alexa, asking questions like "Alexa, ask VeSync how much weight I have lost this month" to keep your motivation high.

The Apex smart scale provides a full biometric analysis, including weight, BMI, body fat, heart rate, and more. This helps you understand your overall health, as a conventional scale may not show muscle gain and fat loss.
