Our bed rail, for instance, promotes mobility independence and prevents bedside falls. It has passed ASTM Safety Standards and features a modern design that blends in with any home décor. The rail can be used on either side of the bed.

This Mobility Independence bed rail offers several key features. Firstly, it is Height Adjustable from 27.5" to 37", allowing it to fit a variety of bed sizes from Twin to King. The Length is adjustable from 39" to 44", providing a secure, wide grip. The Width is a consistent 20", and it can support up to 300 lbs.

The Height Clearance from the Bed Frame to the Floor is 13" to 21", accommodating most mattress heights above 7 inches. The Item Weight is 8 lbs, making it easy to move and install. The material is Heavy-duty Powder-coated Steel, ensuring a strong, durable frame.

In terms of safety and security, the bed rail is designed with Slip-resistant Pads, Horizontal Stabilizer Bars, and Floor-standing Legs to increase overall stability for the user. This allows disabled individuals or those with limitations/injuries to get in and out of bed unassisted, enabling them to perform daily tasks like eating, reading, and working from the comfort of their bed.

Assembly is quick and tool-free - simply slide the unit under the mattress. Cleaning is also easy, requiring just a wipe-down. However, the bed rail is not compatible with Sleep Number beds or mattresses that are Velcro-ed to their foundation.
